Cynthia Pottier is a registered Educational Psychologist in Private Practice as well as a Lecturer at The South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP). She holds a Masters degree in Educational Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand. Cynthia enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults with various presentations, and has extensive experience in the tertiary setting. She has a special interest in assessment, specifically psychoeducational, concession and career assessments. She enjoys working with youth and helping them realize their full potential. Cynthia will be offering Therapeutic services to Abbotts High School-Northcliff students.

Co-Curricular
Activities
Our extra-mural programme is designed to bring the classroom to life. Field trips are arranged regularly and students are offered the opportunity to experience national or international tours.
Traditional student activities are also catered for. Every year we have inter-campus sports days, cultural evenings, a matric dance, awards evenings and the Grade 12 Graduation.

The relationship between the high school and the students is guided by the Code of Conduct, which all students are required to sign.
