Important Information
Please note: When submitting your application you will be required to pay an online application fee. Please read the below attachment on ‘Online Payments - 3 D Secure’ to ensure that you have registered for this service with your bank before paying online. If you have not registered for this service with your bank your online payment will not be successfully submitted.
Please note: When uploading required documents to your online application, that the maximum file size for upload is 2MB. To help you reduce the size of your files, please read the following knowledge article on reducing the size of your .PDF document or reducing the size of your image file.
Step 1
Please complete the Online Application.
Step 2
Pay the R250 Application Fee via the secure Payment Portal (PayU).
Step 3
An Application Number will be forwarded to you.
Step 4
Upload all of the required documents (Student Birth Certificate, Parent/Guardian ID, Latest Academic Report).
Step 5
Once the school receives all the information, you will receive an Offer Letter that you will need to accept.
Step 6
You will receive an Admission Number to be used as reference when paying the enrolment fee (R2500). Please pay via the Secure Payment Gateway (PayU).
Step 7
Lastly, we will issue you with a student number (SD Number) and confirm your login details to the Parent Portal on STASY
(our Student and Tertiary Academic System).
Step 8
Use your SD Number as a reference when making tuition payments into your school's bank account. Your school's banking details are listed below.
